We are seeking a reliable, thorough, versatile and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Their primary responsibility is to be to help keep both our single Airbnb suite and our upstairs residential home clean and organized.

This is an on-call role with shifts typically ranging from 3 to 6 hours typically around guest turnovers.

If you have basic handy skills (like using a how to use a tape measure and level for minor repairs that would be a bonus and would be remunerated accordingly.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathroom, hallways, and common spaces. Make beds, and wash bedding. Restock supplies Follow and tick off the cleaning check list provided. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct routine inspections to identify any areas needing attention or maintenance and take photos Handle heavy lifting and move furniture or equipment as necessary for cleaning purposes. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding tasks and any issues encountered. Follow safety protocols while using power tools and hand tools during maintenance tasks.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures. a bonus but not necessary to be Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules. (3 hours per clean) Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Pay: $20.00-$25.36 per hour
