We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Part-Time Cleaner

to support the cleanliness and overall presentation of our cafe. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for both our customers and staff. The position involves cleaning tasks performed

before opening or after closing hours

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of the cafe's interior, including dining area, floors, tables, chairs, and service areas Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a clean and polished appearance Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, in accordance with hygiene standards Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as tables, counters, door handles, and light switches Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste Refill cleaning and restroom supplies as needed Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly Ensure the cafe space is clean, organized, and ready for operation after each cleaning shift

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial work (commercial or hospitality environments preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements Knowledge of basic cleaning tools, supplies, and sanitation practices Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
