Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated timeframes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding cleanliness. Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to avoid injury. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.

Skills

Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques and custodial experience is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively. Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Experience with facilities maintenance is a plus, including knowledge of basic repair techniques. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by specific cleaning tasks. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning activities.
