Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and conducting changeovers at our properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various cleaning tasks. Conduct light lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from guests. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, reporting any issues or repairs required. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning or changeovers is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks. Ability to perform physical activities associated with cleaning duties. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour
