We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across various jobsites This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, ensuring a hygienic environment, and supporting clean work behaviors. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial & residential cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas. Assist with tool maintenance & cleaning to ensure equipment is in proper working condition Maintain a clean, organized workspace and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities

Skills

Experience with custodial work or commercial cleaning preferred Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety standards Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Ability to lift or move medium -heavy objects (35-55lbs) safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Customer service orientation with a professional attitude Good organizational skills to keep track of supplies and cleaning schedules
