Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks. Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Provide commercial cleaning services in accordance with established standards and protocols. Manage time effectively to complete all cleaning assignments within designated time frames. Communicate with team members and management regarding any maintenance issues or supply needs. Assist with heavy lifting as required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. Maintain a positive customer service attitude while interacting with clients and building occupants.

Skills

Proven experience in custodial roles or commercial cleaning environments is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks. Familiarity with cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety protocols. Capability of performing heavy lifting as necessary during cleaning operations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all tasks performed. Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
