Overview

We are looking for someone to clean farmers market. Saturday 8am-4pm & Sunday 11am-4pm.

We are seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities.

Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning tasks using appropriate tools and equipment
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for maintenance duties
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks promptly
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing cleaning needs
- Conduct commercial cleaning activities in various areas
- Engage in custodial duties to ensure a tidy environment
- Handle heavy lifting requirements as necessary
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks

Skills

- Proficient in cleaning techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools for maintenance work
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with team members and supervisors
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is advantageous
- Ability to perform custodial duties efficiently
- Capable of lifting heavy objects when required
- Understanding of facilities maintenance processes

We are looking for staff to clean strathcona farmers market Wednesday 9am-12pm & Saturday 8am-4pm. More hours available if interested. Must be legally able to work in Canada & no criminal record.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.02-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
