I founded the Dust Fairy in June of 2022, and business has been rising steadily since. I am looking for someone to work as my assistant and help grow my company.
After an interview, if you receive the position, you will have one paid training session and well several houses to start you out. Each home takes between three and five hours on average. From there, we can compile a schedule that fits both you and your future clients. I will handle business between you and your clients, and you will be paid on a weekly schedule via e-transfer. Though clients come and go, The Dust Fairy will continually advertise so you can maintain a consistent client base of at least 2 houses per week.
A driver's license or method of travelling from one house to another is STRONGLY preferred .
Your duties will include:
-Cleaning houses from top to bottom
-Changing bedsheets
-Friendly interaction with clients, their families, and their furry friends
-Organization when a client request
-Working individually with clients to determine the most important areas of focus within their home
-Checking in frequently to assess progress with your clients
-Occasional meetings of the mind with Dust Fairy founder to discuss how to move forwards with the business
