Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The Cleaner will play a vital role in upholding the cleanliness standards of our organization through effective use of cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial facilities Operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively Use custodial supplies to maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure safety and functionality of the premises Handle heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely to support cleaning operations Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning duties within scheduled shifts Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs or safety concerns Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring client satisfaction through quality work

Requirements

Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment safely Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors Experience in facilities maintenance or general custodial work is a plus Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours as needed

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
