T2722 Luxury Barista Experience

has the reputation of working with the finest, highest-graded, and competition level coffee beans & teas. We provide unique tasting and pairing experiences to WOW our guests both with the quality of our products and the personalized service!

We are looking for baristas and ambassadors to join the team. Previous experience is an asset, but training is also provided.

Duties

Cleaning and sanitizing boutique areas, including seating, counters, restrooms, and floors Ensuring equipment, back-of-house, and storage spaces are tidy and well-maintained Following cleaning checklists and health/safety guidelines Managing garbage, recycling, and cleaning supply restocking Adapting to different needs or schedules to ensure the boutique is always ready to welcome guests Supporting the team by creating a spotless, comfortable environment Communicate issues & feedback to the On-site Contact so that the team can react quickly

Responsibilities

Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culinary culture and values of T2722 Experience Maintain a calm and active persona during periods of high volume or unusual events to avoid service interruption, Contribute to positive team environment to relieve workload and improve team morale Adhere to dress code - may vary from event to event

Requirements

Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work Is reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings or late evenings (flexible scheduling available) Can work independently, but also as part of a supportive team Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required Access to transportation preferred
