Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, along with effective communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for maintenance and cleaning tasks. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repair. Provide custodial support during events or high-traffic periods, ensuring cleanliness is maintained. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and facility conditions. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Lift heavy objects as required during cleaning and maintenance activities.

Skills

Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Experience in facilities maintenance and custodial services is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for clear interaction with team members and supervisors. Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during cleaning operations. Pay: $15.00-$25.69 per hour
