T
he Riverside Inn is looking for a part time house keeper for our boutique hotel!Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, and ensuring all amenities are replenished. Maintain the cleanliness of public spaces, such as the lobby, corridors, and restrooms. Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies (towels, toiletries, etc.) and report any discrepancies. Assist with laundry duties (washing, folding, and storing linens/towels). Perform routine maintenance checks for light bulbs, fixtures, and other equipment in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost and found items to management. Adhere to hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards. Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards guests and team members at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (such as linen and cleaning equipment)
