```Job Summary```
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. This is a Sub Contractor position. We are looking for reliable, mature people that will show up to each shift!! Hours for jobs fluctuate, please let us know in your cover letter what hours you are looking for. As a Cleaning Sub Contractor you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. This is a physically demanding role that requires extensive bending, moving, stretching. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to customer service. As Cleaners ourselves we understand it's demanding work! We all work as a team and support one another as needed.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety guidelines and procedures while performing cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to their inquiries or concerns in a professional manner

```Skills```
- Experience in Residential Cleaning preferred
- Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to clean thoroughly
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
