Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various facilities, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and effective communication skills to coordinate cleaning tasks efficiently.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning of commercial spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks effectively Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs or reporting issues to management Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Manage supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of cleaning materials Adhere to safety protocols during heavy lifting and use of power tools Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and inquiries Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift Follow established schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly within designated timeframes

Requirements

Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Customer service-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor Reliable transportation or access to work sites as required

Pay: $10,000.00-$12,000.00 per year
