We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a casual, on-call basis. This position involves cleaning residential homes, with schedules assigned as needed. The role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Dusting and wiping surfaces Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and floors Sweeping and mopping hard floors Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors) Cleaning kitchens (counters, sinks, stovetops, appliance exterior) Making beds and changing linens (if requested) Spot cleaning walls, doors and windowsills Organizing and tidying rooms as needed Emptying trash and recycling bins as needed Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential cleaning. An Ontario G2 or G licence and reliable transportation is a must as you will need to travel to and from each job site, sometimes handling multiple locations in a single day. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, completing tasks in a timely manner while maximizing what can be accomplished in the time allotted. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work and coworkers are essential. Must be available to work between Monday and Sunday, from 9am to 5pm as needed.

Additional Information

This is a casual, part-time, on-call position which may lead to a permanent position if available. The listed qualifications and job duties are just a guide - additional tasks or skills may be required. Job locations are not limited to a specific city and may include various areas throughout the Niagara Region. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada, provide references for previous relevant experience, and be able to supply a valid Ontario drivers license and satisfactory background check
