We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or industrial settings Use hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or pressure washers to ensure thorough cleaning Conduct facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and troubleshooting to maintain optimal facility condition Handle heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules or maintenance issues Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally

Requirements

Previous custodial or custodial-related experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is desirable Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Reliable transportation may be required depending on the location of assignments
