We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various cleaning tasks. Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, adhering to health and safety regulations. Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within designated time frames. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding cleaning needs and any issues that arise. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep of the property. Lift heavy objects when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is required. Must have a valid driver's licence and clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check (To be able to drive a company vehicle) Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is beneficial. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor is essential for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
