We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are clean and presentable. Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for various cleaning tasks and facilities maintenance. Conduct commercial cleaning duties in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. Manage custodial responsibilities effectively, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained. Communicate with clients and team members to address any cleaning needs or concerns promptly. Handle heavy lifting as required for moving furniture or equipment during the cleaning process. Maintain a high level of customer service by being responsive to client requests and feedback.

Experience

Previous custodial experience or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
