At Axon, we foster a supportive, growth-focused environment where we help our team members succeed. Now, we're looking for a Cleaner to join us as we continue to grow and innovate.

What You'll Do:

As a Cleaner, you'll ensure the upkeep and enhancement of our residential properties. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks, including:

Clean and sanitize common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Demonstrate accountability for tasks completed and time spent on each job and report back to the coordinator daily. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Clean windows and glass surfaces, ensuring a streak-free finish. Perform move-out cleaning for unit turnovers, including all living areas, bathrooms, and kitchens. Report needed repairs, damages, or safety issues to management. Adhere to health and safety regulations. Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous cleaning experience preferred. Comfortable working independently as well as within a team, managing time efficiently to complete tasks. Professional and respectful when interacting with tenants and staff in residential spaces. Access to a personal vehicle for work tasks is an asset (mileage reimbursed at CRA rates). Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical tasks. Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals. Reliable, punctual, and committed to improving facility cleanliness.
