Job Description

Good Sorts Property Services is hiring full-time Cleaners to join our growing team in Kelowna, BC. This is a permanent, year-round position with consistent hours and opportunities to grow within the company.

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform commercial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces Clean and disinfect washrooms, kitchens, offices, hallways, and common areas Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in accordance with WHMIS and company procedures Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and instructions Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to a supervisor Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all job sites

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required (training provided) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion Reliable transportation to travel to job sites within Kelowna Valid Canadian driver's licence is an asset Legally entitled to work in Canada

Job Type: Full-time, permanent Hours: 30-40 hours per week (daytime and/or evening shifts available) Wage: $20.50-$23.00 per hour (based on experience) Work Location: In person (various commercial sites in Kelowna) Start Date: As soon as possible
