Job Summary

We're looking for someone who:

Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required -- we'll teach you.

This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting. Clean kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly. Restock and maintain cleaning supplies. Follow safety rules and work carefully. Communicate politely with clients and address their concerns. Manage time to finish tasks on schedule. Fill out simple reports (we'll provide training) Report damages or anything unusual.

Qualifications

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness standards.
