Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene for our Air B&B suites, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and guests!

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas meet safety and cleanliness standards Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing Adhere to safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning needs or concerns

Skills

Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to client requests Customer service orientation with a professional attitude toward client interactions Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking Will need to provide before an after photos each service to ensure quality control. These services are on a booking basis. So the consistency of services may differ from month to month.

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 5 per week
