Our business is growing and we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.

Duties

Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Reliable vehicle to commute to client's home/Business Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants in a professional manner. Conduct commercial cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness standards. Communicate effectively with team members regarding daily tasks and any issues that arise during cleaning operations. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep of the building. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned duties within designated timeframes.

Qualifications

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not required. Ability to work alone or as a team Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
