Job Description

Leston Holdings is a property management company with numerous apartment buildings throughout Edmonton. We are seeking a cleaning associate to join our dedicated team.

Wage: $18-$19 depending or experience and skills

Vehicle and valid driver's license required

Duties include:

Carry out general inspections to ensure that cleanliness standards are being met. Clean and maintain the common areas of assigned buildings to ensure they are presentable at all times
o Vacuum all hallways, stairwells and entrance-ways

o Dust, mop, scrub and clean laundry-room floors and equipment

o Clean the exterior doors inside and out o Sweep and mop the entrance-ways and lobbies & remove any junk mail or garbage

o Wipe marks off of all walls and suite entrance doors

o Dust all railings, ledges, light fixtures, emergency lights, door moldings, fire bells, mailboxes, etc

o Wash the inside of the common area windows.

Assist with month-end turnover cleaning.
o Scrub & clean bathroom and kitchen fixtures, floors, baseboards, windows and blinds.

Co-ordinate activities with leasing agents and maintenance personnel Prepare a statement of work completed in suites following a move-out. Clean and maintain the property grounds, landscaped areas, buildings and parking lots to ensure they are presentable at all times.
o Fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs

o Sweep parking lots, sidewalk and entranceways o Pick up litter & debris

Complete heavy duty cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of damages or deficiencies in need of repair.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
