Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, residential, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to perform tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities including buffing and waxing as needed. Assist with janitorial and custodial duties to ensure facilities are well-maintained. Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety regulations. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs. Engage in residential painting projects when required. Provide porter services by ensuring that the premises are tidy and presentable at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Experience with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous. Background in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance will be considered an asset. Candidates with porter experience or those who have engaged in residential painting will find this role particularly suitable.
