Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various environments, ensuring that facilities are sparkling and welcoming. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while providing great customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Follow general checklists for deep cleanings, move-outs, post-renovation. Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as required. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repairs. Provide custodial services in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs and facility maintenance issues.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 months of experience in residential cleaning. Familiarity with hand tools and cleaning supplies. Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. Physical capability to perform bend or stand for extended periods during shifts. A commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining a clean environment for all users of the facility.
