Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cleaning and maintenance purposes. Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning duties within designated timeframes. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning concerns or requests. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues. Adhere to safety protocols while performing cleaning duties, especially when handling heavy lifting or using power tools.

Proven experience in cleaning and custodial services. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during cleaning operations.
