JOB DESCRIPTION

Cleaner

We are currently looking for a cleaner for a residential building in Calgary. Applicant must be able to travel to specific work site and be available for day shifts.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaning common areas in a residential building

. House keeping move-out cleaning.

Washing garbage and recycling areas, windows, walls, doors, parking areas, bike rooms, and other areas as required.

Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, elevators, garbage bins, and other communal and public areas as required.

Sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing of floors

Vacuuming of carpeted areas and rugs

Light maintenance as required.

Receive and document complaints and report to management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience

Excellent time management

Good understanding of English

Ability to deal with residents in a positive & respectful manner

JOB TYPES

35-40 Hours/week Permanent

16 Hours/ weekend

Schedule: Shifts weekdays and weekends
