We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires proficiency in both commercial cleaning and custodial tasks, along with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. Utilize power tools and hand tools as needed for cleaning and maintenance tasks. Manage time effectively to complete all cleaning duties within designated schedules. Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing cleaning duties. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required to ensure the upkeep of the premises.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in maintenance tasks is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
