Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, addressing minor repairs or reporting issues to the appropriate department Operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, or extractors to maintain high standards of cleanliness Manage time effectively to complete daily cleaning schedules within designated timeframes Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or equipment during cleaning or maintenance activities Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored after use Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients or staff, providing excellent customer service

Requirements

Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, with knowledge of facilities maintenance and cleaning techniques Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and addressing client needs Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety protocols and procedures

Pay: $1,000.00-$1,500.00 per year
