Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent time management skills to efficiently complete cleaning tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial and facility spaces Utilize hand tools and power tools for deep cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and other custodial machinery safely and effectively Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards Manage heavy lifting of supplies and equipment to facilitate cleaning operations Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Document completed tasks and report any issues or repairs required to supervisors

Experience

Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients Proven ability to manage time efficiently to complete daily cleaning schedules within designated hours Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments

Pay: $2,000.00-$2,200.00 per year
