The part-time Cleaner we are seeking must be a dedicated and detail-oriented person, and have the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Cobra Enterprise owned office buildings, production buildings, storage areas, and finished modular units. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well as a part of the team. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities are sanitary and welcoming for all employees and visitors. Operating hours of position can be flexible and may fluctuate to suit candidate/company requirements.
Duties
:
MAIN DUTIES:
Maintain cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or post-event clean-up.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all facilities.
Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure thoroughness and efficiency.
OFFICE DUTIES: to be completed as necessary and in-between the commercial cleaning company schedule.
Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and hallways.
MODULAR UNIT DUTIES: to be completed in each unit before the shipment of a unit or a scheduled walkthrough.
Perform a deep clean following the completion of final finishing in each modular unit.
Perform cleaning on ceilings and walls, windows and jambs, interior and exterior doors, countertops, bathtub/shower areas, appliances (post-installation), and floors.
Install or replace ramboard as necessary.
Experience/Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all staff and visitors.
Written communication skills with the ability to complete documents such as daily logs and reports.
Work Conditions:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, hazards associated with the trade, work both indoors and outdoors, noise, overtime available but not required.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy work environment by ensuring safety and company policies are followed and understood.
May be required to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, safety shoes, and any other PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required for specific jobs.
