Job Summary

We are looking to hire an individual with some cleaning experience with attention to detail and who is customer service driven. Duties include but not limited to cleaning guest cottages as assigned, ensuring the business's established standards of cleanliness.
This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept clean, safe, and welcoming for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various commercial spaces. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies and free from debris. Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed to uphold facility standards. Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour
