Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team and support one of our key clients in designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-code development, a deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that drive business efficiency and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps). Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and clients, to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions. Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services (e.g., Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365) and third-party systems using connectors, APIs, or custom integrations. Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance application functionality. Customize and configure Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) to support application data models and business logic. Ensure applications are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance across devices. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users and stakeholders. Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform updates, best practices, and emerging features to recommend improvements and optimizations. Adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards in all development activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven). Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI (preferred). Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure services, or other Microsoft technologies. Strong knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and integration techniques (REST APIs, JSON, etc.). Familiarity with programming languages such as Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, or SQL is a plus. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative team environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) for custom controls. Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools for version control and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom UI/UX enhancements. * Understanding of business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
