We are seeking skilled and motivated D365 Developers (CRM and/or F&O) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that align with client business requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Customization:
Design, develop, and implement customizations for Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O modules using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, X++, and JavaScript.
Build and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom entities to extend D365 functionality.
Develop integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or other middleware.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide technical expertise to translate business needs into scalable D365 solutions.
Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices and industry standards.
Support & Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in D365 applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and optimizations to enhance performance.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.
Testing & Deployment:
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist in deploying solutions to production environments using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Ensure data integrity and security during migrations and deployments.
Documentation & Collaboration:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and other developers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (CRM and/or F&O).
Proficiency in .Net, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong knowledge of D365 architecture, including entities, workflows, and business rules.
Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).
Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
Understanding of finance, supply chain, or customer engagement processes is a plus.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, PL-200) are highly desirable.
