Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our transportation team to haul super-b hopper trailer hauling grain and fertilizers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport freight and equipment across various locations. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high safety standards.

Duties

Safely operate trucks and heavy equipment to transport freight, materials, and equipment to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo. Maintain accurate delivery logs, driver logs, and other required documentation. Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle operability. Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations during transportation and loading/unloading processes. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and clients to coordinate deliveries and pickups.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Minimum 1.5 year Experience operating freight trucks and heavy equipment . Must have 6 months of b-train or LCV experience Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols. Ability to operate heavy machinery and perform basic automotive repairs if needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and safety checks. Physical ability to load/unload freight, operate heavy equipment, and perform manual tasks as required. Prior experience in commercial driving or logistics is required; training will be provided for specific equipment or procedures as needed. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient movement of goods while maintaining the highest safety standards across all operations.

Pay: $16.22-$34.19 per hour
