Job Type: RegularAgropur, a leading manufacturer of ice cream, novelties and mochi in Canada, is accepting applications for full time workers for its production facility located at 85 Blakeney Drive, Truro, Nova Scotia. Starting rate of pay is $21.05 per hour.What the Class A Shipper role is about:Unloading/loading of trucksPicking ordersRotation of coded productsProcures packaging & ingredients from freezer/warehouse as required by productionCount inventoryFollow all Safety, Quality & HACCP regulations and policies xe2x80x8bWhat you need to be a Class A Shipper:Grade 12 or equivalent education,Forklift experience is an asseStrong commitment to workplace safetyComfortable to work in -35 degree Celsius environmentAvailable for shift work (up to 40 hrs. per week), weekends and overtime as requiredThis is a fast-paced environment in a food processing plant. The ideal candidates will have the ability to follow precise procedures, possess excellent hand and eye co-ordination and effectively communicate and work well with others.
