Class 5 Courier Driver (Mon-Fri 0600-1600)

Our services include LTL, T/L, Courier Services, and Third-Party Logistics/ Brokerage which provide the convenience of one-stop shipping.
Midland Transport is currently seeking a Class 5 Courier Driver for Local P&D based at our Fredericton, NB Terminal.
The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a "Can Do" attitude.
- Hours: Mon to Fri 0600 to 1600.
- Driving a Courier truck in and around the local area.
- Maintain company equipment standards.
- Process delivery records with electronic handheld device.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Class 5 driver\'s license
- Clean driver\'s abstract and criminal search
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to provide Superior Quality Service
What We Offer:
- Hourly Terminal P&D $23.49
- Benefits start the first day of the following month of the hiring date: 3 weeks\' vacation, Blue Cross Medical, Drug and Dental coverage, RRSP match at 5%, Life and Travel Insurance and Discounts.
- Quarterly Safety bonus $200 (no preventable accident).
- Uniform Allowance is $350 per unit, per year.
