Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Driver cum Tour Guide to lead groups through various attractions and provide an engaging and informative experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for educating others, excellent public speaking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. As a Tour Guide, you will play a key role in enhancing visitors' experiences by sharing insights, stories, and historical context about the locations being visited.

Duties

Conduct guided tours for individuals or groups, ensuring an enjoyable and informative experience. Communicate effectively with tour participants, providing clear instructions and engaging narratives. Educate visitors about the history, culture, and significance of various sites. Manage time efficiently to adhere to scheduled tour durations while ensuring all key points are covered. Address questions and provide additional information as needed to enhance visitor understanding. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages interaction and engagement from participants. Demonstrate leadership by managing group dynamics and ensuring safety during tours. Adapt tours based on the interests and needs of participants, including offering multilingual support when necessary.

Requirements

Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Proven time management skills to ensure tours run smoothly and on schedule. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, showcasing the ability to interact positively with guests. Leadership qualities that enable effective group management during tours. A passion for education and sharing knowledge about cultural or historical topics. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed. Clean Driving and Criminal Record
