We're Hiring: Class 3 Water Truck Driver

We're looking for a dependable Class 3 Water Truck Driver to support our landscaping and construction teams by safely operating a water truck for dust control, compaction, and irrigation. If you have experience behind the wheel of a commercial vehicle, understand site safety, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced outdoor crew, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating a water truck to distribute water across construction and landscaping sites Applying water for dust control, compaction, or irrigation with care and precision Performing daily pre-operation checks and routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition Monitoring tank levels, hoses, and spray systems to ensure functionality and safety Coordinating with foremen and field staff to prioritize water distribution areas Navigating job sites safely, avoiding hazards, equipment, and workers Following all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company protocols Reporting mechanical issues or hazards promptly to your supervisor Keeping truck and spray systems clean and organized at all times
What We're Looking For:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and clean driving record Previous experience operating water trucks or similar heavy equipment (preferred) Strong understanding of water truck systems, hoses, and proper water application techniques Ability to work independently and adapt to changing site needs Good communication and teamwork skills Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in dusty or variable weather Strong focus on safety, with knowledge of heavy equipment protocols
