Class 3 Truck Driver
Castle Rock Enterprises is a fully integrated Yukon-based construction company that offers a range of services to both residential and commercial customers from reclamation to heavy construction. We are looking to hire a
Class 3 Truck Driver
for the 2025 construction season.:
Safely operate and drive company vehicles in accordance with Caste Rock Enterprises safety standards and policies Operate specialized trucks including:
Dump Truck
Hydrovac Truck
Water Truck
Sand Truck
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections Monitor equipment condition and report mechanical issues or damage Deliver gravel and other materials to job sites Operate an Electronic Logging Device (ELD) to maintain accurate driving recordsQualifications
Ideally 5 years of truck driving experience Expertise driving at least one of these trucks:
Dump, Hydrovac, Water, or Sand
Note: If you can operate more than one, that's a plus--but not required.*Heavy hauling experience and ability to self-load are considered assets Driver's License held for a minimum of 3 years Clean Driver's Abstract Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid First Aid certificate is an asset
Please note that there is no housing or LOA provided for this position. Must be Whitehorse local or arrange own housing.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $35.00-$39.00 per hour
