Job Description


Loraas has immediate openings for a Class 3 Truck Driver \xe2\x80\x93 Rear Load at our Saskatoon district. Our priority is to give our drivers a great paying career with great incentives!As a Rear Garbage Truck Driver, you are responsible for ensuring safe operation of a truck, while driving. The driver drives to residential locations to pick up organics and recycling with a driver helper. The driver then proceeds to subsequent customers until the truck has a full load, and then dumps the load at a transfer station before continuing customer pickups.COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE & INCENTIVES:

  • $3,000.00 Retention Bonus(with stipulations)
  • Rate: $25.00/hourly
  • Full time, with benefits
  • Monday to Friday, 4am \xe2\x80\x93 8am start time (Stat Holidays as required)

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Safe operation of vehicles
  • Daily inspection of Trucks and accurate completion of related paperwork
  • Excellent Customer Service
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Class 3 driver\xe2\x80\x99s license (Newly licensed drivers welcome to apply)
  • Clean CVOR and Abstract
  • Front Load Driving experience an asset
  • Equipment Operation (i.e., Forklift) experience an asset.
  • 2-3 years of Class 3 driving experience preferred.
