We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Class 3 Organics Rear-Load Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection of organic waste materials from commercial locations using a rear-load truck. This is a hands-on, physical position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Class 3 rear-load truck to collect organic waste along assigned routes
Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
Ensure all materials are collected and disposed of in accordance with company policies and municipal regulations
Interact with customers and the public in a professional and courteous manner
Safely load and unload bins, ensuring no damage to property or containers
Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws
Maintain accurate records of service completed using on-board technology or manual logs
Assist with general labor duties and cleanup as needed
Communicate route changes, delays, or issues to dispatch in a timely manner
Requirements:
Valid Class 3 driver's license with air brake endorsement
Previous experience operating a rear-load or other waste collection truck preferred
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
Excellent time management and communication skills
Strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
