We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Class 3 or 2 Flight Instructor to join our aviation training team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for teaching aspiring pilots. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing comprehensive flight instruction to students of diverse backgrounds. Fluency in multiple languages including French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, and English is highly desirable to effectively communicate with a broad range of students. The Flight Instructor will play a vital role in ensuring safety, fostering learning, and maintaining high standards of aviation training.
Duties
Conduct flight training sessions for students, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
Develop customized lesson plans based on individual student needs and progress
Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback
Maintain detailed records of training activities, flight hours, and student progress
Supervise ground school classes and assist with curriculum development
Demonstrate aircraft operation, navigation, emergency procedures, and other essential flying skills
Ensure all training activities comply with aviation regulations and company policies
Assist in organizing training schedules and coordinating with other instructors and staff
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing student inquiries and fostering a positive learning environment
Qualifications
Valid pilot certification with Class 3 or 2 flight instructor rating required
Mechanical knowledge related to aircraft systems is highly desirable
Multilingual abilities including proficiency in French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, or English to support diverse student populations
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring others
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple training schedules and records
Prior experience in supervising or instructing
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
