Element Disposal is a fast-growing, locally owned waste and recycling company serving communities and industrial clients across the Peace Region. We're looking for a reliable and motivated

Class 3 Driver

to join our team. This role includes operating

front-load trucks, roll-off trucks, and curbside collection trucks

on a rotating basis.

What You'll Do

Front-load trucks (commercial MSW & cardboard routes) Roll-off trucks servicing 20-40 yard bins Automated or semi-automated curbside collection trucks Complete assigned daily routes efficiently and professionally. Perform bin/bag/cart exchanges, pickups, and deliveries as scheduled. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues. Maintain accurate route logs, landfill tickets, and paperwork. Provide excellent customer service and represent Element Disposal professionally on every job site. Follow all safety policies, traffic regulations, and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

Valid Class 3 driver's licence with air brakes endorsement.

Experience operating commercial trucks (front-load, roll-off, or side-load experience considered a strong asset). Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset. Physically capable of climbing in/out of trucks and working in all weather conditions. Basic mechanical awareness is an asset. Clean driver's abstract (required).

Requirements:

Class 3 Licence (required) First Aid Certification (preferred) H2S Alive (preferred) Clean driving abstract. Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends. Mandatory pre-employment

drug and alcohol test

(and subject to random testing thereafter).

Schedule

Full-time, typically Monday to Friday with occasional weekend or extended-hour work depending on route demands and project needs.

Location

Dawson Creek, BC and surrounding Peace Region communities.
