Compensation:

Drivers earn a base rate of $25/hour, plus a $9/hour safety bonus, bringing total hourly earnings to $34/hour. We value safety and reliability, and reward our team for maintaining high standards on the road.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, occasional weekends

We are currently hiring a reliable and safety-focused Class 3 Driver to operate a 2015 Volvo tandem axle roll-off truck (automatic transmission) used for transporting scrap metal roll-off bins. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in waste, recycling, or construction hauling.

Responsibilities

Operate a tandem axle roll-off truck for scrap metal bin pickups and drop-offs Safely load, secure, and transport roll-off bins to and from customer sites Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Must be ELD-compliant. Drivers are required to use company-provided Electronic
Logging Devices to track Hours of Service.

Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Requirements

Valid Class 3 driver's license Minimum 3 years of verifiable Class 3 driving experience Letter of experience on company letterhead (required for insurance) Clean driver's abstract Familiarity with roll-off systems and bin handling preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and punctuality
