Job Description
Concrete Ready-Mix Truck Drivers are required for a busy concrete plant in Edmonton. We are willing to train the right individual that has worked in similar class 3 driving jobs. Experienced Concrete truck drivers would be an asset. Must have a minimum of 3 years of heavy truck driving experience, be able to drive a manual transmission, know the city very well (Deal Breaker), read, write, and speak fluent English. Competitive wages and health plan. Must have a clean license, the willingness to look after the equipment, be punctual, and have good customer relations. This is a permanent seasonal position. Must live in the Edmonton area for more than one year, and know the city well as concrete is a time-sensitive product.
Special attention will be given to drivers with experience in driving body jobs in the construction and related areas such as pump operators, construction deliveries, Vac trucks, Concrete Trucks, etc.
Experience:
Heavy Truck Driving: 3 years (required)
Driving in the city of Edmonton: 2 years (required)
Heavy truck 10,13,18 speed Manual transmission: 3 years (required)
Language:
Fluent English (required)
