Opportunity
SteriPro Canada, a leading medical device reprocessing company, is seeking a
temporary Delivery Driver (Independent Contractor)
to join our team. The delivery route will be within Ontario.Responsibilities
Ensure all medical instruments are
picked up and delivered
according to the daily schedule and service commitments. Maintainvehicle and load safety
by adhering to company policies, transportation laws, and safe driving practices. Conductpre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
, documenting findings and submitting inspection reports as required. Verifyaccurate loading
of materials based on daily requirements, ensuring compliance withsafety and legislative standards
. Maintain and submitdetailed delivery logs
and documentation as per company and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensuretimely, high-quality client service
.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid
DZ or Class 3 Driver's License
with aclean driver's abstract
andCVOR (within 30 days)
. Minimum1 year of experience
as a delivery driver operating a straight truck. Ability tomove trolleys up to 300 lbs
on wheels. Experience intransporting medical instruments
is an asset. Demonstrated ability towork independently
and make sound decisions. Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to maintaininghigh service standards
. Knowledge ofMTO and industry standards
for vehicle inspection and daily log preparation.Additional Information
