Job Description

Bison Drivers are paid every week, on time!

Must be ok with shift work (day shift, night shift, weekend shift, no guaranteed hours) Subject to Floater availability 7 day Schedule will be posted weekly (Paid breaks) Hourly rate: $23.75 Reporting directly to the On-Duty Shunt Lead or Shunt Coordinator and indirectly to the Terminal Manager Essential responsibilities are facilitating trailer flow for Bison Transport customers according to posted schedule and then engaging in shunt team equipment readiness processes. Other general shop/yard duties may be applied. Communicate effectively via phone, email, teams, and yard management log Some overtime will be required when it presents itself to meet customer demand May be asked to assist other departments when workflow slows down May be asked to change shift or cover at any of our current customers within your ability level without notice due to customer demand or at Shunt Leads discretion

Candidate Profile:

Company Driver residing in Calgary or immediate area Valid Class 1/AZ License and 24 months tractor trailer experience is required Operate well in a team atmosphere Comfortable with and willing to use personal smartphone technology for emailing, texting, and entering data. Comfortable backing in all manner of tight spaces and locations with provided equipment Reliable, flexible, and punctual Strong communication skills Values safety
