Adecco is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Class 1/3 Drivers for a full-time position to support a turnaround event for our esteemed client, a prominent company specializing in facilities management and maintenance support in Fort McMurray, AB. As a Class 3 Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation and delivery of various materials around the site, contributing to the smooth operations of the organization. The turnaround is expected to start in March and we anticipate that it will end on or before June 30th, 2024.

• Location: Fort McMurray, AB
• Shifts: 6 days on, 1 day off | 11.5 hours/day |day or night shifts
• Job type: Temporary| Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Maintain waste services through collection and transportation of waste equipment
• Operate roll off, lugger trucks, Front Load Waste trucks, Tractor-Trailer Units, Supber-B/B-Trains, Dozers, Compactors and Excavators as required
• Complete thorough commercial vehicle inspections, including documenting and reporting deficiencies promptly to immediate supervisor
• Inspect condition of waste bins, report defects, and monitor condition functionality
• Notify supervisors of any delays, unsafe work sites, incidents equipment breakdowns and maintenance or operations concerns
• Address resolving client concerns

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada

• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience is required
• Valid Class 1 license or Class 3 license with Airbrake endorsement
• Must be eligible to acquire access to all client\'s sites
• AB Oil Sands site experience is an asset
• Driver\'s abstract in good standing
• Load securement experience in accordance with AB Load Securement practices
• Must be physically fit and ready for duty
